John has finished his law degree at Manila Law College in 2006; he had his pre-law course in AB Political Science at FC Colleges and AB Philosophy at Claret Seminary. While at the law school, John was employed in different law firms as paralegals and legal assistants. He was also a member of the Legal Aide Committee, Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Malolos Chapter in 2008 rendering free services to indigent sectors of the community in particular to inmates of Malolos Provincial Jail. In the same year, he authored the proposal to the Office of Governor to grant the inmates of Malolos Provincial Jail their right to suffrage and participate in the then local election. John has worked well in different law firms in HongKong and United Arab Emirates in 2014 to 2016. In New South Wales, John’s foreign qualification has been recognised by the Legal Profession Admission Board and is due to undergo further studies to be admitted to NSW Supreme Court.
